Yup! Those are the words that inspired me to start this blog. If you or someone you cook for, needs to eat gluten free, these four words are probably spoken and/or thought of several times a day. See that lobster roll? You’re in luck, IT’S GLUTEN FREE!!! That picture was taken on my second visit to The Lobster Landing in Clinton, CT. I highly recommend it! I did not have a single stomach issue after eating there on two separate occasions. They have a dedicated gluten free prep station. (Music to any Celiac’s ears!)
